Making a donation
Supporting the work of Signed Culture
Signed Culture is a registered charity (no. 1038247) and needs to raise money through donations to support its important work ensuring that arts and cultural events in the UK are as accessible for BSL users as they can be.
With the donations that we receive, we are able to:
Increase the number of arts and cultural organisations we can support to offer excellent access to Deaf people
Improve the information we circulate within the Deaf community about accessible arts and cultural events
Plan a wider range of continuing professional development opportunities for BSL interpreters and Deaf presenters so that they can make sure their skills are kept up-to-date.
You can make a one-off or regular donation to Signed Culture by visiting our fundraising page where you can also choose to add Gift Aid to your donation. As long as you a British taxpayer, by completing a Gift Aid declaration it allows us to reclaim the tax you have have paid on your donation. This means that your donation is worth even more to us and it doesn't cost you another penny!
